Edna Misket Rakiq is the fruit of a joint project of Seewines Spirits, RakiaSHOP and Edna Rakia from hand-picked Sungurlar Misket grapes from old vines. Both the wine and the grape skins are used to make it, in order to extract the most of the taste and aroma qualities of this exceptional Bulgarian variety. To achieve maximum complexity and finesse, the brandy is aged for 6 months in an old small French oak barrel.
