A special grape brandy produced from the Chardonnay variety in perfect maturity. Fermentation is carried out under prolonged contact with the skins and without the use of sulphites, in order to maximise the expression of the variety's characteristic fruit flavours. The distillation is a classic copper pot distillation in which only the finest fraction is precisely selected.
