The colour is a vibrant, deep ruby red. Clean, varietal nose with hints of pepper, cherries and cocoa. The body is super concentrated with tight and ripe tannins and a spicy yet sweet finish. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, roasted red meats with mushroom sauce and hard cheeses.

Georgiev & Milkov
Petar Georgiev and Radostin Milkov are the people behind Georgiev / Milkov's guilt. The wine production started in the harvest of 2014. The two longtime friends are certified oenologists who have vinified in different parts of the world - Austria, Malta, USA, New Zealand, China, but their idea is to emphasize the Bulgarian, in - Western Thracian Plain , where are both their vineyards. They believe in the potential of the local Bulgarian varieties and that is why their joint project started with two of them - Mavrud and Rubin. The production of Georgiev / Milkov wines is growing rapidly, the two experienced oenologists rely on manual picking, sorting and pressing. The wine ferments in small containers with temperature control.
