Domaine Nudant has more than two hundred years of history. On its 16 hectares in the Côte de Beaune and Cote de Nuits, Guillaume Nudant (fourth generation) continues the family tradition of making award-winning wines, which include twenty appeals with designations from regionale to grand cru. To allow the wine to express its terroir, Guillaume practices sustainable agriculture with low yields and frequent plowing. He says that a hectare of vineyards produces less fruit and more wood than a hectare of forest - "have you seen anyone fertilize in the forest"? Of course, the love, care and good practices of breeding contribute and are clearly felt in the unique nature of Nudant wines.
