A wine devoted to the famous 12 musical notes developed around the 11th century by the monk Guido d'Arezzo. The blend is 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Muscadelle and 10% Semillon. The main aromas and flavors are of apple, lime, pear and white peach. The wine pairs perfectly with fresh summer salads, light cheese and seafood.

Bordeaux
Bordeaux is perhaps the most famous wine region in France. It stretches 130 kilometers inland from the Atlantic coast. In addition to red wines, Bordeaux is famous for the production of white, mainly a blend between Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, with the Sauternes subregion and the leading Chateau d’Yquem, famous for its complex and multi-layered, aromatic and sweet botrytized dessert wine.
