Domaine Vallot is located in Cotes du Rhône, near the village of Le Coriançon, and the vineyards are perched on the hills above the winery at an altitude of up to 450 meters in the Vinsobres area. The vineyards are planted with Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, Cinsault, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Viognier, all grown in the region's traditional shrub style - Goblet. Domaine Vallot is one of the oldest domains, managed for 5 generations already. In the early 90's, Francois Vallot introduced organic and biodynamic practices, in 2003 his vineyards received official certification from Ecocert, and in 2007 - biodynamic certification from Demeter. Today, Francois' daughter, Anaïs Vallot, is at the helm of the domain and brings a new reading and vision through her work. Anaïs graduated from the International Conciergerie in Paris and continued her studies in Sydney, Australia, after which she made an enviable career in high-class hotel management - three years within the Four Seasons group and a manager of a 5-star hotel in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2013, she took a sharp turn and began an internship at the Château d'Yquem to perfect her winemaking technique before returning to the homeland and heading Domaine Vallot.
