Legent is a landscape-changing bourbon. It takes what you expect from pure Kentucky bourbon, expands on it, and opens it up to a world of new ideas and possibilities. A collaboration between two unique styles of whiskey making, Legent Bourbon is the creation of whiskey legends Fred Noe, Jim Beam's seventh generation Master Distiller, and Shinji Fukuyo, Suntory's fifth Master Blender. Finished in a combination of wine and sherry casks, Legent is made to a historic recipe from Fred Noe's family and aged for at least four years in virgin white oak casks. It is then blended by Shinji Fukuyo to create layers of spices, dried fruits and tart red fruits.
