Историята на нашето вино започва през 2016 г. с мястото, където са лозите ни. В сърцето на Тракийската низина, пазеща традициите за направа на вино от времето на древните траки и пътя Via Militaris. Via Militaris (Via Diagonalis) е древен римски път. Построен по времето на император Нерон (37-88) през 1 век от н.е. Завършен по времето на император Траян (53-117). От 1600 години Виа Милитарис е наричан Виа Траяна (Via Traiana). Правим виното от грозде, зряло край стария Римски път пред портата Траянова, срещу изгрева на първите слънчеви лъчи, стелещи се над долината, тук и до днес е – 24/42 Estate Winery. Лозята ни са разположени в Лозарски район Южен – Тракийска низина, в землището на с. Церово. Така до нас дойде и името на виното ни от мястото – Longitude: 24.048344 / Latitude: 42.343155 А в сърцето на 80-те декара земя на винарната ни гордо стои дървото, станало символ в логото.

Thracian valley
In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.

Merlot is nowadays widely planted across the world much like Cabernet Sauvignon because it is an early maturing grape variety and because of its ability to ripen fully even in slightly cooler climates.
