Pinot Noir Terre Princière 2021 - organic viticulture with biodynamic practices.
The wine is aged for 18 months in a Burgundy barrel (228 l - second fill). Beautiful ruby colour with soft hints. Elegant nose of red berries and delicate floral nuances. Fresh and balanced body with a pleasant spicy aftertaste. Suitable for consumption with game meats, pasta and grilled vegetables.

Великолепен тероар Тероарът е онова уникално съчетание на природни дадености с човешки действия, което обуславя качеството на реколтата. Жива и понякога крехка композиция от постоянни фактори (терен), променливи величини (климат) и умелото направляване на природните процеси. Целувката на слънцето, полъхът на вятъра, почвата и теренът създават предпоставките за развитието на лозите. И накрая човекът – лозарят – със своята намеса трябва да въведе природните инструменти в съвършена хармония, която да се излее в соковете на гроздето и оттам – във виното. Почвата в лозето на Clos Bibliothèque е бедна и варовикова, осеяна с морски фосили на милиони години. Лишени от охолство, лозите впиват корени дълбоко в нея и усвояват ценните минерали, придаващи характерни нотки на виното. Теренът е с идеално източно изложение, посрещащо първите лъчи на слънцето сутрин и предпазващо лозите от прегряване след обяд, когато температурите достигат своя максимум. Разположението на лозето по средата на хълма осигурява на лозите отлични дренаж и проветряване.

Black Sea region
The Black Sea coast is an area where nearly 30% of Bulgarian vineyards are concentrated. The climate, with warm summers and mild winters, is suitable for growing white varieties. Autumn is warm and long, which favours the accumulation of enough sugars to produce fine white semi-dry wines. Over 50% of white grape varieties in Bulgaria are grown here, and the most common are Dimyat, Riesling, Uni Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, even Sauvignon Blanc. The wines have a pleasant fruity aroma, rich taste and elegant freshness. The old endemic variety Dimyat, in addition to being suitable for dry, is often used for the production of dessert wines, as well as for fine aromatic distillates.

Pinot Noir is the dominant red wine grape of Burgundy, a challenge for every single vine grower and wine producer. It can be found in Germany (as Spätburgunder), Italy (Pino Nero), Chile, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the USA. The wines show a specific aroma of red berries and cherry depending on the vinification method employed - from fresh red cherries in lighter wines to stewed black cherries in weightier examples, many of them also showing hints of earthy flavours.
