Interesting approach in the production of this rosé: 50% of it is by the saignee method (bleeding or separation of part of the juice), with maceration for 1 night, while the other 50% is first pressing of the juice, where the grapes are harvested specifically for rosé, 10 days earlier. The variety is Nebbiolo.
The colour is intense, salmon-rose type. The attack in the aroma is quite intense with notes of wild strawberry, white peach and Mirabelle. The palate is elegant, full-bodied, fresh and fruity. A real delight!

Brezza
The Brezza family has owned and operated the winery and vineyards in the Barolo region since 1885. They got their name from the first wine producer, Giacomo Brezza and his father Antonio, in 1910. For the fourth generation, the goal is to present the terroir expression in wines in full harmony with nature and organic farming. The basis of the family philosophy is the production of pure varieties of wines with spontaneous, wild fermentation and aging in large wooden vessels of 3000 liters of unbaked Slavonian oak.

Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo is the grape variety behind the top-quality red wines of Piedmont in Italy, the most notable of which are Barolo and Barbaresco. Nebbiolo wines are distinguished by their strong tannins, high acidity and distinctive scent – often described as "tar and roses". The name comes from nebbia (fog) which is a common view of the vineyards in autumn. Powerful and intense, Barolo is the most famous and prestigious Nebbiolo-based wine, but it is increasingly rivaled by the slightly more elegant and perfumed wines from Barbaresco to the northeast, which rose to prominence in the late 20th Century.
