Brezza is a producer that has a specific approach because of the fermentation of its wines in cement tanks and subsequent long aging in 50 to 300-ton barrels of untoasted Slavonian oak. This classic Barolo follows his method of vinification, revealing the best of the terroir - a brick color, gorgeous perfume on the nose with hints of cherry and liqueur of sour cherries, cured meats and mushrooms. The body is elegant, tight and supple, still juicy and long. A remarkable wine.

Brezza
The Brezza family has owned and operated the winery and vineyards in the Barolo region since 1885. They got their name from the first wine producer, Giacomo Brezza and his father Antonio, in 1910. For the fourth generation, the goal is to present the terroir expression in wines in full harmony with nature and organic farming. The basis of the family philosophy is the production of pure varieties of wines with spontaneous, wild fermentation and aging in large wooden vessels of 3000 liters of unbaked Slavonian oak.

Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo is the grape variety behind the top-quality red wines of Piedmont in Italy, the most notable of which are Barolo and Barbaresco. Nebbiolo wines are distinguished by their strong tannins, high acidity and distinctive scent – often described as "tar and roses". The name comes from nebbia (fog) which is a common view of the vineyards in autumn. Powerful and intense, Barolo is the most famous and prestigious Nebbiolo-based wine, but it is increasingly rivaled by the slightly more elegant and perfumed wines from Barbaresco to the northeast, which rose to prominence in the late 20th Century.
