Feytit Clinet is a small winery situated in Pomerol до Latour à Pomerol and L'Eglise Clinet. Jeremy Chasseuil, a Bordeaux-graduated enologist is part of the team since 2000. Taking care of everything, from the vines to the bottling, he removed all machine work in the vines and undertakes a much more demanding selection, which lowers the yield substantially. Each parcel is individually picked, depending on maturity stage and grape variety. The elongated fermentation ensures richer and denser wine, gradually reaching maturation in 100% new oak. The soil is rich in clay, making Merlot preferable to Cabernet. Jeremy perfectly exploits this to bottle ripe, charming and individuality-infused wines.
