Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky produced at Japan's oldest distillery, Yamazaki (founded in 1923). The blend contains more than 10 malt and grain whiskies, creating a complex array of flavors and aromas. It is aged in 5 different types of casks from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. The result is a delicate, harmonious taste that is both refined and complex. The bottle is exceptionally beautiful – a decanter with 24 facets representing the 24 months of the Japanese calendar.
