Created by Charles Tanqueray in 1830, Tanqueray London Dry Gin is still made today using the same classic recipe. The iconic bottle shape was inspired by the shape of a shaker. The pineapple fruit, once considered exotic and a symbol of hospitality, adorns every bottle from Tanqueray Distilling Company. Tanqueray London Dry Gin is distilled four times and has a perfect balance of botanicals - refreshing juniper, peppery coriander, fragrant angelica and sweet licorice. It's best enjoyed paired with a tonic, plenty of ice and a slice of lime, but can also be used as a great base for a wide range of cocktails. Tanqueray London Dry Gin has won numerous awards including being rated in the World's 50 Best Bars (Drinks International Brands Report 2016) .It was rated as the most popular, best selling and a bartenders favourite.
