Destilerija Zaric
The Zarić distillery is built on the tradition and premises of the once famous distillery for brandy "Povlen", whose old glory has faded in the last two decades until the arrival of the Zarić family. Their goal is to make the best use of the potential of this fruit area and tradition in the production of the highest quality brandy. The family modernizes and renovates existing fruit processing and distillation plants - making serious financial investments, which it combines with dedication and a desire to combine the best technology, modern science, experience and old Serbian traditions. Thus, the old "Povlen" shines like the new Zarić, the most modern Rakia distillery in Southeast Europe with a capacity of one million liters per year, made from various fruits in the region.
