Skin contact, raw, unfiltered. Limited edition of 1000 bottles. And in this vintage the "orange" rosé is made from 70% Syrah juice and 30% whole Viognier grapes. The grapes this year come from an organically farmed vineyard near the village of Sredno Gradishte in Sakar.

Замислен като женски винен проект, Bottled Opinions е най-вече изразяване на мироглед, откривателство и разместване на границите. Идеята ни е всяка година да подбираме сортове от различни лозя в страната и да ги претворяваме така, както искаме да ги покажем на публиката. Искаме да правим вина извън масовите, натурални, със стил и визия, които да провокират сърцето и ума. Главната роля играе Десислава Хитова, защото без нейните познания и ръце нямаше да съществуваме. Поддържащата роля се изпълнява от Яна Петкова, която дава приноса си в маркетинговите дейности по проекта.

Thracian valley

In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.

Syrah

Syrah/Shiraz - Two names of one and the same grape variety - the winemakers from the Old world use Syrah and the ones from the New world - Shiraz. The grape is a deep red, even the pulp, therefore this variety is not suitable for blanc de noir wine style. Syrah wine has specific floral aromas in its youth and develops notes of herbs and spices such as white and black pepper as it ages. These varietal specifics come out better when blended with a small amount of Viognier - a method gaining popularity more and more around the world. Syrah produces wines capable of ageing and improving over decades, which enhances its plummy and almost oriental spicy flavours.
