Grenache (Garnacha) from an old, centenary vineyard of 3.25 ha, located on a mountain plateau at an altitude of almost 900 m.

A long-lived wine blending the terroir and the variety adapted to these high-altitude vineyards. Filled with nuances of wild berries, ripe strawberry, balsamic notes and orange peel, graphite and soft wood that gives it elegance and finesse. Complex and balanced, with a vibrant, cherry colour and intense mouthfeel. The result of a careful winemaking process based on maximum respect for the variety, and only possible when the weather and vintage are optimal. To date, from 2005 to 2021, there are only five vintages in which Las Luces has been produced.

Las Moradas de San Martin

Vinos de Madrid is a Spanish Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP), located in the southern part of the region of Madrid (Spain). It covers 54 municipalities and is divided into the three sub-zones (Arganda, Navalcarnero, and San Martín), each of which produce different types of wine. Тhe three sub-zones are all at an elevation of between 500 and 800 m above sea level. Arganda is the largest sub-zone, containing about 50% of the vines and comprising 26 municipalities. The soil here contains mainly clay and lime over a granite subsoil. To the southwest, close to the Sierra de Gredos range, is the San Martín sub-zone, which contains 35% of the DOP's vines. Further to the southwest is the Navalcarnero sub-zone with 15% of the vines. Rich dark soils are more abundant in San Martín, while in Navalcarnero the soils lack carbonates, are low in nutrients, and lie over a clay subsoil.

Grenache

Grenache (Garnacha) is a red-wine grape grown extensively in France, Spain, Australia and the United States. Grenache is the French name for the grape, while in Spain it is known as Garnacha, and on the island of Sardinia they call it Cannonau. In France it is most commonly found in the classic Southern Rhone Blend ( it is the main grape variety in Chateauneuf-du-Pape) but also plays a main role in one of southern France's signature Rosè wine style in Provence. In Spain, Garnacha is the key constituent in the prestigious wines of Priorat.
