Cognac Gautier XO (Extra Old) is the emblem of the house of Gautier. Lovely and balanced, this cognac is so rich and full of flavours and aromas that you will find it hard to resist. It has a sweet and spicy character with notes of dried apricots, sweet exotic spices and tobacco.

Founded in 1755, Maison Gautier is one of the oldest cognac houses to this day.

What is particularly distinctive about them is the location of the distillery and cellar, which are on the site of an old mill on the river. The cellar rooms have a natural humidity, which accounts for the specific, slightly salty taste
