In 1975, only 27 years old, but having gained experience in the Champagne trade, he founded his own company, without vineyards or winery and without financing. He sold his car and began producing Champagne in a rented winery, carefully selecting grapes from independent producers. In 1994, he managed to buy his first vineyard, a 3-hectare vineyard with Grand Cru classification in Oger, Côte des Blancs. Since then, Bruno Paillard, with a lot of patience and perseverance, has managed to reach 32 hectares, including 12 classified Grand Cru. From tending the vines to precision production, Bruno Paillard has dedicated himself to making, uniquely, the best Champagne - elegant, soft, with impressive purity and freshness.
