White Wine Rongopai Sauvignon Blanc 2010
The label of the bottle shows the Coru sign, which if often used in the art of the maors /the native population of New Zeland / as a symbol of the creation. This sign is inspired by the in leaf fern. Its round shape suggests the idea for ever circle, which always turns us back to our beginning and origin. In maor language Rongopai means “a pleasant taste” or a “nice feeling”, which gives the strict description of the wine.
Wine Rongopai has a fragrance of mellow tropical fruits, with notes of green pepper. It may be served with seafood and chicken meat dishes.

Villa Bassarea
Villa Bassarea is a boutique winery with a total capacity of 70 tons and a different approach to winemaking. The wines of Villa Bassarea are the result of a lot of manual labor and following classic technologies with minimal interference in the process. The best local grapes are selected, and the vineyards from which they come are maintained by vine growers with vast experience - some plots are over forty years old and give a distinctive personality to the wine. The idea behind this project is to mix knowledge and modern technology, respect for ancestors and the desire to make exciting and remarkable wine. A process of building a modern tasting room and shop is currently underway.
